The Matcha Rose - Slice (Cakes & Coffee)

INDIVIDUAL SLICE -- SERVES 1

This sublime cake is inspired by my devotion to green tea ice cream.

Vanilla buttermilk cake, rose namelaka and a fabulous matcha mousse. The flavors are delicate but unmistakable, and the harmonious trio rests on a layer of lightly sweetened crispy rice.

All coated in a matcha green velveteen finish with bamboo and orchid stenciling. You have to try this unique gem of a cake!

* Namelaka is a lighter, creamier form of ganache.
