I've been making pastries since 1994, and I'm continually learning new things. I've worked in five-star hotels, South American backpacker cafes, French chateaus, bakeries, catering companies, fine dining restaurants and more. I also created the live show "The Dirty Sexy Chocolate Show" which toured the Pacific Northwest multiple times to popular acclaim. Lastly, I helped launch and run a national protein bar company, taught many workshops, and consulted for several bakeries and restaurants. I moved to Missoula from Chicago in 2012 and I'm so proud to call Montana my adopted home!
