The Malted Milkshake

I absolutely love malted milkshakes, and even though this one isn't frozen, it's inspired by those iconic dairy treats.

Vanilla buttermilk cake, ganache and an organic malt mousse (so good!), ringed in a festive striped chocolate band and resting on chocolate crunch layer. Then it's topped with whipped cream, a cherry and a hand-made chocolate straw.

It's the perfect dessert to inspire warm weather dreams!
