The Chocolate Malted

I absolutely love malted milkshakes, and even though this one isn't frozen, it's inspired by those iconic dairy treats.

Vanilla buttermilk cake, ganache, a smattering of finely chopped peanuts and an organic malted mousse (so good!). All coated in a velveteen chocolate finish. Then it's topped with a rosette and a hand-made chocolate straw.

It's the perfect dessert to usher in warm weather gatherings!
