Pistachio! Pistachio!

Pistachios are all the rage right now, but they've always been the rage for me.

This cake celebrates my obsession with the little green gem. It starts with a tender vanilla buttermilk cake then house-made pistachio praliné. On top of that rests a vanilla bean crémeux and the most sublime pistachio mousse you can imagine. An unmistakable mirror glaze lets you know you're in for something extra special.
