If you love coffee as much as I do, this one is for you. Modeled after the classic Opéra Cake from France, this goes one step further. Coffee-soaked almond sponge cake, ganache and espresso Italian buttercream -- all layered underneath a delicate coffee mousse made with freshly pulled shots from Clyde Coffee's beans in Missoula. Then it's all finished off with a 3-color striped mirror glaze for an elegant and playful touch. Long live the tiger!
