Matcha Roulade

This sublime cake is inspired by my devotion to green tea ice cream.

Matcha sponge cake, vanilla soak and two types of feather-light whipped ganache: matcha and vanilla bean. All rolled up in delicate roulade with a surprising crunch layer in the center.

This cake is so light and flavorful you might think you're in a transcendental state of bliss. Who's to say you're not?
