The Matcha Rose

This sublime cake is inspired by my devotion to green tea ice cream, and it's perfect for Mother's Day or any other gathering.

Vanilla buttermilk cake, rose namelaka and a fabulous matcha mousse. The flavors are delicate but unmistakable, and the harmonious trio rests on a layer of lightly sweetened crispy rice (optional +$5).

The velveteen finish is matcha green with bamboo and floral accents. You'll have everyone's attention the moment you open the box!
