Harvest Pumpkin Spice Cake with Pecans - SLICE (Cakes & Coffee)

INDIVIDUAL SLICE -- SERVES 1

This might be the most deliciously autumnal cake I've ever made.

It starts with organic pumpkin sponge cake, layered with mascarpone bavarian, then a crunchy pecan pie filling made with maple & brown butter. Rinse and repeat.

The combination has everything you want as the weather starts to turn. Especially in October!
