Harvest Pumpkin Spice Cake with Pecans
This might be the most deliciously November-esque cake I've ever made.
It starts with organic pumpkin sponge cake, layered with mascarpone bavarian, then a crunchy pecan pie filling made with maple & brown butter. Rinse and repeat.
The combination has everything you want at your Thanksgiving table, office party or friendly gathering. Especially in November!
