Gingerbread Mousse Cake - SLICE (Cakes & Cocktails)

INDIVIDUAL SLICE -- SERVES 1

It starts with sumptuous gingerbread, full of molasses and three types of ginger. A very thin layer of milk chocolate ganache comes next, then eggnog creme brûlée -- complete with nutmeg and a dash of dark rum -- then a feather-light vanilla bean mousse. 

WOW. This is Winter in a cake! You'll feel like you're sitting in front of a roaring fire with mittens drying out over it.
