Chocolate Covered Strawberry

It starts with a very tender chocolate buttermilk cake, then a layer of bittersweet ganache. On top of that is a perky organic strawberry compote, followed by a voluptuous organic strawberry mousse.

All dressed up in chocolate mirror glaze with hand-made chocolate decor.
