The Matcha Rose - Slice (Cakes & Cocktails)

This sublime cake is inspired by my devotion to green tea ice cream.

Vanilla buttermilk cake, rose namelaka and a fabulous matcha mousse. The flavors are delicate but unmistakable, and the harmonious trio rests on a layer of lightly sweetened crispy rice.

The finish is matcha green with bamboo and floral accents. You'll have everyone's attention the moment you open the box!
