Cookies & Cream Cake

The classic childhood favorite, all grown up. It starts with a chocolate almond Diabolo torte dipped in dark chocolate and coated in cookie crumbs. Topped with a tantalizing Oreo mousse and coated in clear mirror glaze. Creamy with a perfect little crunch, decadent without being too sweet or heavy. A new classic!
