Café Mocha

If you love coffee as much as I do, this one is for you.

It starts with a tender vanilla velvet cake, brushed with espresso syrup made with fresh shots of Clyde Coffee's Monster Espresso Blend. Then a thin layer of ganache. Next is the most wonderful coffee mousse you can imagine -- light, creamy, full coffee flavor in all its splendor.

Enrobed in a shiny chocolate mirror glaze, this addictive dessert balances all the flavors so the chocolate complements the coffee but doesn't overwhelm it.

Oh baby, this one will make you dream about cake for sure. ;)
